Roti Jala
150gm or 1 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg.
75ml water
75ml fresh milk or coconut milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
pinch of salt
A pinch of turmeric powder / or yellow food coloring
How to Make:
Add milk, water, eggs, salt and saffron or yellow coloring and melted butter into a blender and blend for a while and then add the flour and blend again until smooth. Filter the mixture and add to the pan. Can use mineral water bottles well-drilled cap.Heat a frying pan or non stick pan and add a little oil. When the toast is golden brown and a bit crisp, roll up and serve with chicken curry.
