Rich and Moist Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients:- 100 gm salted butter 120 gm castor sugar 1 egg 5 golden bananas 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder 150 gm flour 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup chocolate chips some chopped walnuts Method:- 1 ) Preheat the oven to 160C . 2 ) Prepare the bread pan size 8 x 4inc . Apply with a little butter and bottom liner paper cake pan . 3 ) Mashed bananas until fine ~ aside 4 ) Sift flour , soda and cocoa powder ~ aside 5 ) Beat butter and sugar until creamy 6 ) Add the eggs and beat again . 7 ) Add the vanilla powder , banana and sour cream and beat until well mixed 8 ) Add the flour, soda and cocoa that was in the sieve and mix with a spatula by folding back.  9 ) Add the half of the chocolate chips and mix well. 10 ) Pour the batter into the pan, and spread evenly 11 ) Sprinkle balance chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top of cake 12 ) Bake in the oven at 160C under low heat for 45 minutes.

Sweet,Sour and Spicy Mango

    Inspired From Thiaga   Ingredients :- 250 gm mango cut in small sizes with skin 1 teaspoon of ginger paste  1 teaspoon garlic paste  2 teaspoon chili powder 5 tablespoons of sugar  11/2 teaspoons salt  1 cup water      Saute Ingredients  :-   1 large onion, finely sliced    1 stick sweet skin    2 star anise    2 sprigs of curry leaves    1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds    3-4 tablespoons of oil  Method:-  1. Heat the oil and fry the saute ingredients  until onion crisp. 2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste fry with a little water. Saute until the lost scent of ginger and garlic. 3. Add mango, chili powder, sugar, salt and water. 4. Cook until the sauce getting thick and mango cooked well. " Anyone Can Cook "

RAWA THOSAI

Rawa Thosai is a very popular South Indian Dish for breakfast. It's easy to prepare. You have no need to plan to do it. It's instant recipe , crispy and mouth watering dish. The batter is spread onto a hot pan. Its made by pouring it over the pan. (Unlike other thosai where a ladle is used.) It's heated until it becomes crispy. Then, it is removed and served along with sambar (lentil soup cooked with vegetables) or chutney.  I had search for this recipe long time ago. Thankful finally i find it from  Lisha  . Thank you Lisha for the wonderful recipe. Well it's my first trial. Stir Fry Tofu

Ingredients :- 6 pieces  tofu - cut in cube and fried 1 cup water  Salt, sugar, oyster sauce and tamarind juice oil Blended items: 6 red chilies - cut and remove seeds  6 shallots - medium size 1 stalks lemongrass  4 cloves of garlic  2 cm ginger  2 cm belacan (Shrimp paste) 1. Heat the oil and saute the blended ingredients until gets nice smell 2. Add the water, sugar, oyster sauce and tamarind juice. Bring to a boil and rise oil. 3.Add fried tofu. 4.Seasoning with salt. January First Two Weeks

January first two weeks really busy with my customer cake orders and also handled my school chores...busy mummy, busy teacher, busy baker......wow... first in list my own birthday cake ordered by my beloved husband. He loves butter cake .... i have to follow my husband request so done with a classic butter cake with Swiss Meringue Butter Cream... Second in list is are beautiful Chocolate Moist Cupcakes with fresh cream. Third in list is a first kids cake for this year. It's a Blueberry Cake with fresh cream. I choose car deco and blueberry filling for deco. Last in list for last week order is a Vegan Black Forest Cake. Request specially for one of my Vegetarian friend. Even last two weeks i was busy with lot of works...but i felt happy with my works....this week orders are in waiting list....Will upload once done...Good day to all....
