Fried Cheesy bread Sausage Roll Ingredients : 5 pieces chicken sausage flavored cheese 5 slices of bread slices 5 cheese slices  2 eggs (beaten and add a pinch salt and pepper) To coat :- plain breadcrumbs  Method :- Add sausage  in boiling water until well cooked then drained. Take a piece of bread, remove the edges. knead bread pan right up. Place the cheese slice and  sausages on top and a piece of bread . Roll it carefully and stick the edge with egg.  Dip the bread into the beaten eggs. Coat with breadcrumbs.  Fry dipped bread until lightly browned. Drain on kitchen tissue and it is ready to be served. " Anyone Can Cook "

VIENNESE COOKIES

VIENNESE COOKIES Ingredients :- 125g butter ( I used anchor) 50g icing sugar (sifted) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 125g plain flour To coat: 50g dark chocolate Method :- 1. Add butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat at low speed until well mix... NO OVER BEAT 2. Add in the vanilla extract, sift in flour and continue mixing on minimun speed until a well mixed. (do not overmix). 3. Put the mixture in to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle 4. Pipe the mixture into pan lined with baking sheet,. 5. Bake for 10-13 minutes, and transfer to wire rack to cool. 6. Melt chocolate by double boil method. 7. Dip one side of the biscuits into the melted chocolate and place them onto the baking papers. 8. Allow chocolate to set before removing them from the baking paper. 9. Lovely cookies served with a cup of tea....                                       " Anyone Can Cook "
