SHRIMP PASTE FRIED RICE WITH BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN

SHRIMP PASTE FRIED RICE Recipe By: Fiza's Cooking 2 bowls of cooked rice 1 egg 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp chicken stock powder salt and sugar to taste Blend ingredients 1 onion 5 cloves garlic 5 bird eye chili 5 red chilies 2 tablespoons dried shrimp soak and dried it 3 cm shrimp paste (belacan) To make fried rice :- 1.Heat oil and sauté blend ingredients. 2. Stir fry until fragrant and oil out.and stir well. 4. Add beaten egg and stir well. 5. Add the soy sauce and stir well 6. Add the rice and stir well 7. Seasoning with salt and sugar. Black  Pepper Chicken  300 gm chicken breast 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoon black pepper sauce oil for frying 1 Holland onion sliced 5 bird eye chili Salt and sugar How to: - 1. Heat oil and saute the chicken which had been marinated with turmeric powder. 2. Add black pepper sauce and stir well. 3. Add sweet soy sauce. 4. Seasoning with salt and sugar.

Nasi Paprik

Thai Style Chicken Platter ( Nasi Paprik) Ingredients : 1 pc of Chicken breast - sliced thin 2 cloves Garlic - sliced 2 Shallots – sliced ½ in Ginger – finely sliced ½ Holland onion –sliced lengthwise 1 Red chilli – sliced lengthwise 4 Bird eye chillies 1 stalk Lemongrass 2 Kaffir lime leaves 2tbs Chilli Paste 2tbs Chilli sauce 2tbs Tomato sauce 1tbs Oyster sauce A little Sweet soy sauce A pinch of salt ½ cup Water Vegetables : baby corn, broccoli, carrots, long beans and cauliflower Method:- 1. Heat oil, fry a slices of chicken till change color to white. Toss and set a side. 2. Add a little oil in a pan, saute garlic, ginger and shallots till fragrant. 3. Add chilli paste ,fry till the oil separate. 4. Add chiili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Mix well. 5. Add  fried chicken slices. Mix. 6. Add water lemon grass , kaffir lime leaves and bird eye chillies. Let it simmer. 7. Season with

INGREDIENTS:- Wheat flour 2 cups Suji 1/2 tsp (optional) Sugar 3 pinch Salt Water to knead the dough Oil for frying METHOD: In a wide bowl add wheat flour, salt, sugar,suji (if adding) and slowly add water to this and make this into a dough. Divide this into equal sized small balls. Heat the oil for deep frying. Dust the rolling board with flour and roll the ball into a small medium thick disc. When the oil is hot, carefully drop this into the oil and deep fry on both sides Using a jolted ladle take out the puffed poori draining the excess oil. You can serve it with poori masala or any choices of currys. Note : - Always ensure that the oil is very hot. else pooris will not puff                               " Anyone Can Cook "

Butter Chicken

Ingredients: - To Marinate: Chicken breast-300 grams Chilly powder- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp Turmeric- 1/8 tsp Salt- 1/2 tsp Marinate and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes. For the gravy: Onion- 1 medium Garlic- 3 cloves Ginger- 1 small piece Chili powder- 1 tsp Coriander powder-1 tsp Turmeric- 1/8 tsp Cashew Nuts- 5 -10 (can replace with almonds) Tomato puree- 1 cup Fresh Cream- 1/4 cup Garam Masala powder- 1/8 tsp Fresh Coriander chopped- 1 tbsp Oil- 2 tbsp Butter- 2 tsp Method: - 1. Heat oil in a pan and  fry the marinated chicken pieces for 2 minutes on both sides. Drain and keep aside. 2.Puree the onion, ginger and garlic without adding water. 3.Add chilli, coriander and turmeric powder and saute until the raw smell goes off. 4.Add tomato puree and 1 cup of water. Let it boil. Add salt to taste. 5.Add in the chicken pieces , cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. 6.Puree the cashew nuts with some water and pour over the chicken. Mix to combine. The curry wi

Chocolate Salami

source :- dailydelicious Ingredients :-  100g - Digestive biscuits, crush into small pieces 50g    - Salted butter 1 tbsp - Golden syrup (or honey) 30g     - Cocoa powder 75g     - walnuts and  pistachios Icing sugar 1. Put the butter and golden syrup into medium saucepan, and place over medium heat. 2. When the butter is completely melted, remove from the heat then stir in the cocoa powder. Add chopped nuts and crushed biscuits. Stir until the mixture is well combined. 3.Place the baking paper on a pan then tip the mixture into the paper. Squash the crumbly mixture into a long salami shape. Wrap the foil around the chocolate salami and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. 4.Unwrap and dust with icing sugar. 5.Wrap with baking paper and store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.   " Anyone Can Cook "

CHOCOLATE CHIPS BREAD PUDDING

Chocolate Chips Bread Pudding Ingredients: 100 ml full cream milk  25 ml double cream 20 gm brown sugar 1 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla  essence 2 cups bread, torn into small pieces  1/2 cup chocolate chips Directions: 1. In pan, combine double cream and milk, stir it. 2. Combine brown sugar, eggs and  vanilla. Whisk  for 1 minute. Slowly add milk mixture. 3. Place bread in a butter greased casserole. 4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips . Pour batter on top of bread. 5. Bake at 160 c for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm. You may serve cold with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. " Anyone Can Cook "

1st Year Anniversary

It's been one year ready .. me with my blog.... so fast days are flown away....  Happy Anniversary  MLdelights... As a blogger ..... sometimes it's make me so  happy....... sometimes makes me restless ... sometimes crazy.......  but most of the time it's had gave me countless happiness... to make me move on being as a blogger.
