Nestum Fried Chicken

Ingredients: 1/2 chicken ~ cut into small, clean and drained 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 5 cloves of garlic - blended 2 inc  ginger - blended 1 egg Oil for frying. Salt to taste NESTUM Original Method:  1 Chicken cleaned mixed with blended ingredients and then marinated. 2 Add beaten egg into the chicken marinate. 3 Chicken coated with NESTUM before fry.. 4 Then fry the chicken until golden brown or crispy. Roti Jala

Ingredients: 150gm or 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 egg. 75ml water 75ml fresh milk or coconut milk 3 tablespoons melted butter pinch of salt A pinch of turmeric powder / or yellow food coloring How to Make: Add milk, water, eggs, salt and saffron or yellow coloring and melted butter into a blender and blend for a while and then add the flour and blend again until smooth. Filter the mixture and add to the pan. Can use mineral water bottles well-drilled cap.Heat a frying pan or non stick pan and add a little oil. When the toast is golden brown and a bit crisp, roll up and serve with chicken curry.    " Anyone Can Cook "

Butter Cheddar Cheesecake

Ingredients :- A 250g butter 220g caster sugar B  4 eggs, Grade A C  80g cheddar cheese, diced 20g chocolate rice D  100ml fresh milk E  280g plain flour / Super Fine Flour 1 sk baking powder F (to be spread)  Grated Cheddar cheese Almond flakes, Chocolate rice Method :-  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Prepare a 9-inch square baking pan. Grease & place with parchment paper. Set aside. 2 Whisk ingredients A until fluffy. 3 Add ingredients B one by one. Beat well. 4 Add the ingredients C, mix well. 5 Then, add D & E alternate. Mix well. 6 Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle F on it. Bake for 45 min or until cake is cooked. Flour-less Blueberry Apple Muffins

It's a gluten free recipe with high protein Blueberry Apple Muffins... These muffins are not so sweet and very suitable for morning breakfast....It's really easy to prepare ...just mix all together and bake... Ingredients: A)150g.....Ground Almonds      1tsp.....Baking powder B) 2..........Large Eggs      2tbsp...Vegetable Oil      1/2tsp..Cinnamon Powder      3tbsp...Honey C) 1 small red apple...chopped to small chunks      100g...........blueberries Method:- 1) Preheat oven 160C. 2) In a large bowl add A, mix together. 3) Add B into A then mix till form batter. 4) Add C and spoon the batter into prepared muffin cups... 5) Bake 35minutes until golden color....now its ready to serve..yum yummy..                          " Anyone Can Cook "

Lemongrass Grilled Chicken

1/2kg   Chicken tights - cubed Marinade :- 40g/5 stalk  Lemongrass, chopped 4g  Coriander root, clean and chopped - i replaced with coriander powder 2tbsp Evaporated milk (or whipping cream) 1tbsp  Granulated sugar 2tbsp Soy sauce 1 1/2tbsp Oyster sauce Salt Method:- Put all the marinade ingredients into a food processor and process until finely chopped. Put the chicken into a plastic bag, and pour the marinade into the bag and rub the marinade into the chicken, seal the bag. Let it marinate in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. When you ready to cook, take the chicken out of the bag and remove the lemongrass from the skin of the chicken (you can't remove all of them but try your best because it will burn). Put the chicken chunks on the satay sticks, and  grill for 10 minutes. Chicken Rendang

Chicken Rendang Ingredients:  1 kg chicken (cut and mixed with a little turmeric powder and fry half cooked) 2 cups coconut milk 1 cup grated coconut (fry without oil and pounded until smooth) 3 pieces of tamarind chopped turmeric salt / sugar / condiments adequate selection oil Ground ingredients:  8 dried chillies 2.5cm fresh turmeric 2.5cm ginger 3cm galangal 3 stalks lemongrass - chopped coarse 1 large onion Saute ingredients:  5 cloves of garlic - chopped fine 3 red onions - finely sliced 1 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 2 cardamom pods 3 cloves Method: 1 Heat enough oil and stir-fry saute ingredients until fragrant. 2 Then add all the ground ingredients and cook until the oil breaks. 3 Add the chicken, and tamarind. Mix well until the chicken is cooked. 4 Enter the coconut milk and cook over low heat until chicken is soft. 5 Add salt and sugar to taste. 6 When gravy thickens and sprinkle chopped turmeric leaves. 7 Now its ready to serv

Anchovies Sambal with Stinky Beans

Ingredients :- 100g anchovies A)Blend ingredients 4 cloves of garlic 2 medium red onions 2 red chillies ~ Smoothies 10 dried chillies (soaked in water) 2 ~ inc shrimp paste (belacan) B) 1 large onion sliced ​​ 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1cup tamarind water a little oil for frying salt and sugar to taste Method :- 1. Add 2 tsb oil ,then fry onion and anchovies till brown. 2. Add the blended ingredients, saute until fragrant 3. Add oyster sauce and tamarind water, cook until oil rises 4. Sambal Belacan

Ingredients :- 5- 6 red chillies 6 bird eyes chillies 3 cm belacan 2-3 cloves of garlic 2 teaspoon tamarind pinch of salt 2 teaspoon sugar lime water Method:- Blend all ingredients except lime. Put in a bowl and mix well. Squeeze the lime water and its ready to serve...                                            " Anyone Can Cook "

Chicken Murtabak

Recipe for 6 - 8 pcs murtabak A) Filling  200gm minced chicken - extra delicious if add more 1 potato diced small size. 1 large holland onion - diced small 2 tbsp chicken curry powder 1 stalk celery 3 curry leaves  0il B) 3 eggs + 1 stalk spring onions + 1/2 holland onion Popiah skin big size Preparation :- Saute some diced onion then add 2-3 curry leaves with oil. Then curry spices and saute until its arise oil and add the minced chicken.  After the meat already looks cooked thenadd the diced potatoes with a little water. Wait until the potatoes tender then seasoning with salt. In another container - add 3 eggs, spring onion, onion and stir well. Then add filling A into eggs batter. Spoon in 4 tablespoons of the filling on popiah skin and fold like murtabak form. (use flour+water as a glue to stick together popia skin) Fry on pan with a little oil until browned.  Preparation Pickled Onions Thin slices of onion, add 5 tablespoons

Fruits Custard Pudding

A) 1 slice of sponge cake or chocolate cake moist chocolate.. or any cakes B) 6 grams of agar-agar powder 2 cups water 150 gm sugar C) 200 ml milk 1/2 cup custard powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence pinch of salt D) 1/2 cans of canned fruits coktail Method:- 1 Mix agar powder, water( half= 1cup) and sugar in a saucepan. 2 Cook until sugar and agar powder until dissolved 3 Then add the milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and flour custard (which is mixed with another 1 cup water). 4 Cook until slightly boiling. 5 Insert the cake slices on a tray of moistened with a little water. 6 Pour pudding mixture over cake layer 7 Sprinkling fruit over pudding 8 Cool the pudding and serve.                                     " Anyone Can Cook "
