CHOCOLATE CHIPS BREAD PUDDING

Chocolate Chips Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

100 ml full cream milk 
25 ml double cream20 gm brown sugar
1 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups bread, torn into small pieces 
1/2 cup chocolate chips



Directions:
1. In pan, combine double cream and milk, stir it.
2. Combine brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Whisk for 1 minute. Slowly add milk mixture.
3. Place bread in a butter greased casserole.
4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips . Pour batter on top of bread.
5. Bake at 160 c for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm. You may serve cold with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
