Fried Red Bean Dumplings



Fried red bean dumpling one of my chilhood favourite kuih(malay) or dumpling....Now i had done my own version for my kids and husband...Best part is they enjoyed and loved it..

Ingredients:
250g    bread flour
250g    flour
100g    sugar
11g      dried yeast
2 eggs
200ml water
100g  butter
50g    milk powder

Filling – red bean paste



Method:-
  1. Put all ingredients except butter.
  2.  Add water little knead until the dough is smooth.
  3.  Add softened butter and knead again until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  4. Weighing 35g dough and form to round.
  5.  Flatten it by hand and insert the red bean filling and flatten again.
  6. Make fried dumplings rest for five minutes.
  7. fry the dumplings until golden brown color with a slow fire.
