Chocolate Ice-cream with choc chips
Ingredients :- A) 2 nos - egg yolks 1 nos - egg 140gm - sugar B) 250gm - full cream milk 60gm - cocoa powder C) 400gm - Non dairy whipping Cream 1tsp - vanilla essence D) 100gm - Chocolate Chips Method :- 1. Beat all ingredients (A) till white and creamy. 2. Boil full cream milk, add in cocoa powder and stir well, the pour mixture (1) into. Stir well and leave it cool. 3. Whisk non dairy whipping cream until white and stiff. Add in vanilla essence, stir lightly until well mixed. 4. Pour into a prepared container and freeze overnight or until firm. " Anyone Can Cook "
