Chocolate Ice-cream with choc chips

Ingredients :- A) 2 nos    - egg yolks 1 nos    - egg 140gm - sugar B) 250gm - full cream milk 60gm   - cocoa powder C) 400gm - Non dairy whipping Cream 1tsp     - vanilla essence D) 100gm - Chocolate Chips Method :- 1. Beat all ingredients (A) till white and creamy. 2. Boil full cream milk, add in cocoa powder and stir well, the pour mixture (1) into. Stir well and leave it cool. 3. Whisk non dairy whipping cream until white and stiff. Add in vanilla essence, stir lightly until well mixed. 4. Pour into a prepared container  and freeze overnight or until firm.                       " Anyone Can Cook "                                        

Walnut Butter Cake

WALNUT BUTTER CAKE Source :  Sonia Ingredients :- A) 125g salted butter       80g  castor sugar       2      eggs (A)       1tsp  vanilla B) 110g  cake flour      1 tsp  baking powder       60g   ground walnuts C)  2tbsp milk D)  30g   walnuts  Method :- 1) Beat ingredients (A) together until white and creamy. 2) Add the eggs one by one and continue beating. 3) Sift ingredients (B). Add to the creamed mixture. 4) Lastly add in ingredients (C) and mix well. 5) Pour into a greased mould and bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 30 - 40 minutes. " Anyone Can Cook "
