Fried Red Bean Dumplings
Fried red bean dumpling one of my chilhood favourite kuih(malay) or dumpling....Now i had done my own version for my kids and husband...Best part is they enjoyed and loved it..
Ingredients:
250g bread
flour
250g flour
100g
sugar
11g dried yeast
2
eggs
200ml
water
100g butter
50g milk powder
Method:-
- Put all ingredients except butter.
- Add water little knead until the dough is smooth.
- Add softened butter and knead again until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Weighing 35g dough and form to round.
- Flatten it by hand and insert the red bean filling and flatten again.
- Make fried dumplings rest for five minutes.
- fry
the dumplings until golden brown color with a slow fire.
