VIENNESE COOKIES
Ingredients :-
125g butter ( I used anchor)
50g icing sugar (sifted)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
125g plain flour

To coat:
50g dark chocolate
50g dark chocolate
Method :-
1. Add butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat at low speed until well mix... NO OVER BEAT
2. Add in the vanilla extract, sift in flour and continue mixing on minimun speed until a well mixed. (do not overmix).
3. Put the mixture in to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle
4. Pipe the mixture into pan lined with baking sheet,.
5. Bake for 10-13 minutes, and transfer to wire rack to cool.
6. Melt chocolate by double boil method.
7. Dip one side of the biscuits into the melted chocolate and place them onto the baking papers.
8. Allow chocolate to set before removing them from the baking paper.
9. Lovely cookies served with a cup of tea....
