MANGO ICE-CREAM


Ingredients : -

  • 2 cup -  Non Dairy Whipping Cream/heavy Cream
  • 1can/390g - Condensed milk (Chilled)
  • 2 1/2 cup - Diced Ripe Mangoes



Method :-

  1. Take a scoop of cream and put into the cream mixture. Fold through until mostly combined lumps free.
  2. Diced the flesh of the mangoes. Puree using a blender then measure 2 cups of mango puree.
  3. Pour puree into non-stick pan over medium low heat. Stirring constantly for 8 to 10 minutes or until its reduces by half. (at least 1 cup). Cool puree.
  4. Combine cool puree and condensed milk in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
  5. In another bowl beat cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  6. Pour mango mixture into cream. Fold through until lumps free. Add some diced mangoes (optional)
  7. Pour into a prefer container.
  8. Freeze 12+ hours or overnight.
